All shepherds who came before Jesus–past, present and future–are thieves and robbers. Jesus alone is our Good Shepherd and He laid down His life for you. He alone can give you abundant life. He alone can set you free. He alone can protect you from the wolves. Therefore, don’t submit to anyone else. Don’t follow anyone else. Don’t live for anyone else.
